I have worked in leadership positions in advertising agencies for over 20 years, both large and small, both local and global, both digital and so-called “full-service”. Along the way, I have contributed to 7 Effies & multiple creative awards. Even after founding First The Trousers,  I’ve continued to work with agencies, generally to help:

  • With a big new business pitch,
  • Write strategy documents (briefs) and help guide the creative output,
  • Understand and bring to life specific consumer segments,
  • Create a brand bible for a large agency client,
  • Manage relationships during “challenging” times,
